Terms of Service

Using erev.lol

These Terms apply to erev.lol, a biolink service operated from the Philippines. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or continue using the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled, and our Refund Policy explains purchases and refunds.

You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you are below the legal age to enter this agreement or make a purchase, a parent or guardian must review and authorize your use and purchase. You must have the authority to act for any organization you represent.

Your account and profile

Provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure, and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation.

Drafts are separate from published profiles. Publishing makes your selected profile content accessible to other people. Unpublishing does not remove screenshots, search-engine caches, downloaded media, or copies others have already made. Keep your own copies of content you want to preserve.

Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant erev.lol a non-exclusive, worldwide permission to store, process, resize, and display that content as needed to operate your profile and the service. This permission ends when the content is removed, except for limited retention needed for backups, legal obligations, or disputes.

Only upload or link to content you have the necessary rights to use, including music, videos, artwork, fonts, GIFs, and badge images. A public source or credit alone does not grant a license. Administrators may feature published profiles in the landing-page showcase; contact support to request removal from the showcase.

Acceptable use

Do not use erev.lol for phishing, malware, scams, unlawful sales, harassment, threats, doxxing, hateful abuse, sexual exploitation, or content involving the sexual abuse of children. Do not publish another person’s private information without a lawful basis.

Do not bypass account permissions, payment checks, upload limits, or security controls; manipulate analytics; send spam; or overload the service. Report suspected abuse or copyright infringement with the profile URL, relevant details, and a way to contact you.

Free features and Premium

Free and Premium features are described on the pricing page and at checkout. The current lifetime Premium offer is a one-time US$4 purchase, with any taxes and currency conversion disclosed at checkout. It does not renew automatically. If you have a separate legacy recurring plan, its billing schedule remains the one shown in your receipt or billing portal until cancelled.

Lifetime means access to the purchased Premium tier for the operating lifetime of the erev.lol service, subject to these Terms. It is not a promise that the service will exist forever, that every future product is included, or that third-party integrations will always remain available. We will not turn an existing lifetime purchase into a recurring charge without a new agreement.

Premium activates after server-side payment verification. Use Plan & billing or support if a successful payment has not activated it. A checkout return screen alone is not proof of payment. Purchases and refunds are handled through the provider identified at checkout and on your receipt. Its applicable buyer terms also apply.

Third-party services and links

Profiles may link to external websites and use services such as Discord, external fonts, or payment checkout. These services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content or availability. A badge or featured placement is not an endorsement or guarantee of a user or external destination.

Moderation, closure, and service changes

We may restrict content or accounts when reasonably necessary to address a violation, fraud, legal requirements, or a security risk. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact support for review. Urgent safety action may occur first.

You can stop using the service, unpublish your profile, or request account deletion through support. Account closure does not automatically cancel a separate recurring payment agreement; use the billing provider or contact support for help. Refund eligibility is determined by the Refund Policy and applicable law.

We may maintain or change features. If a material change affects a purchased feature or we plan to close the service, we will provide notice where reasonably possible and offer any remedy required by law. Changes to these Terms will be dated and material changes communicated through the service or account email. They will not retroactively remove accrued rights.

Availability and responsibility

We use reasonable care in operating the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or a particular number of views or link clicks. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by third-party outages or content outside our control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections or liability for fraud. These Terms are governed by Philippine law, without depriving consumers elsewhere of mandatory protections or courts available under the laws that apply to them.
